Clean the valve block. Remove all kinds of particle pollutants, corrosives, grease, etc. on the surface of valve block. In order to ensure that the valve block will not rust prematurely in use, it is necessary to carry out antirust treatment.

If the number of hydraulic components on a certain surface of the hydraulic valve block is not more than 8, other hydraulic components can be arranged near the four sides according to the situation, except that the hydraulic components are arranged near the four corners. This ensures that the process holes are designed near one or two edges.

Material selection: different materials determine different pressure levels. First of all, reasonable material selection should be made according to the use pressure. Generally speaking, the following principles should be followed: when the working pressure P < 6.3MPa, cast iron HT20-40 can be used for hydraulic valve block.
