Processing design drawing of hydraulic valve block and oil circuit block

The valve block is the key part of the integrated hydraulic system. It is not only the carrier of other hydraulic components, but also the channel body of their oil circuit. The valve block is generally rectangular in shape and made of aluminum or malleable cast iron. The hair block is distributed with mounting holes, oil holes and connecting screw holes related to the hydraulic valve. The positioning pin hole, the common oil hole, the connecting hole and so on, sometimes need to set the process hole in order to ensure the correct connection of the channel without interference. Generally, there are at least 40-60 holes in a relatively simple valve block, and there are more than 100 holes in a slightly more complex valve block. These holes form a crisscross network of holes. There are smooth holes in the channel of the valve block. Stepped holes, threaded holes and other forms are generally straight holes, which are easy to be processed on ordinary drilling machines and CNC machine tools. Sometimes the oil way block is in different connection, and the inclined hole is required, but it is rarely used.


There are many kinds of hydraulic valve blocks. According to the shape and use of words, there are strip block, small plate, cover plate. Splint. Valve installation base plate, pump valve block, logic valve block, Superposition valve block, special valve block, manifold and connection block, etc. The hydraulic valve block in the actual system is composed of valve block body and various hydraulic valves, pipe joints, accessories, etc. Here we will briefly introduce the structural features of the hydraulic valve block:


The standard parts of hydraulic valve, including all kinds of plate valve, Manifold, stack valve, etc., are installed on the valve block by connecting screw to realize the control function of hydraulic circuit.


Other accessories: including pipe connecting flange, process hole plugging, oil circuit sealing ring and other accessories.


The pipe joint is used to connect the external pipeline with the valve block. The hydraulic circuit composed of a variety of valves and valve blocks needs to control the hydraulic cylinder and other actuators, as well as the oil inlet, oil return and oil discharge, which can only be realized by connecting with the external pipeline.
