Manifold mainly includes two-way Manifold, three-way Manifold and threaded Manifold. The two-way Manifold of valve block manufacturer is a kind of multi-functional composite valve which is composed of cover plate and pilot valve by inserting its basic components into the valve body of specific design and processing. Because Manifold has only two oil ports, it is called two-way Manifold.


The valve has the characteristics of large flow capacity, good sealing, high degree of automation and standardization. The three-way Manifold has pressure oil port, load oil port and oil return tank oil port, which acts as two two-way Manifold and can independently control a load chamber. However, due to the degree of generalization and modularization is far less than the two-way Manifold, it has not been widely used. Threaded Manifold is a change in the connection mode of two-way Manifold. Due to the use of threaded connection, the installation is simple and convenient, and the whole volume is relatively reduced.


The oil inlet and outlet on the pipe valve body of the hydraulic valve are directly connected with the pipeline through the pipe joint or flange. It has the advantages of simple connection and light weight, and is widely used in mobile equipment or hydraulic components with small flow. The disadvantage is that the valves can only be distributed along the pipeline, which is inconvenient for assembly, disassembly and maintenance.


A complete hydraulic system consists of five parts, namely power components, executive components, control components, non components and hydraulic oil. The function of power component is to convert the mechanical energy of prime mover into the pressure energy of liquid. It refers to the oil pump in the hydraulic system, which provides power to the whole hydraulic system. There are gear pump, vane pump and plunger pump in the structure of hydraulic pump.


Valve block manufacturers believe that the control components in pipeline fluid transmission system are used to change the channel section and medium flow direction, and have the functions of diversion, cut-off, regulation, throttling, check, shunt or overflow pressure relief. The stainless steel valve block used for fluid control, from simple stop valve to various valve blocks used in more complex automatic control system, has a wide range of varieties and specifications. The nominal diameter of the valve ranges from small instrument valve to industrial pipeline valve with a diameter of 10m. The valve block can be used to control the flow of water, steam, oil, gas, mud, various corrosive media, liquid metal and radioactive fluid.
