Material selection: different materials determine different pressure levels. First of all, reasonable material selection should be made according to the use pressure. Generally speaking, the following principles should be followed: when the working pressure P < 6.3MPa, cast iron HT20-40 can be used for hydraulic valve block.

The hydraulic valve block is a small circuit in the process of operation. In the process of use, all kinds of used valves are connected together through the oil holes on the valve block. For example, we now use a balance valve block, which contains balance valve, pressure reducing valve, one-way valve, directional valve and shuttle valve.

The high pressure valve block shall be made of 35 forged steel as far as possible, and the general valve block shall be made of A3 steel or ductile iron. When cutting the valve block material from the plate by gas cutting, sufficient machining allowance shall be left, and the blank of the valve block shall be forged before processing.

Deburring and cleaning: in order to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic system, the valve block must be deburred. At present, many manufacturers still use brush for manual deburring, but also use methane blasting method for deburring.
