The domestic hydraulic valve block body is made of sand as molding material, so the existence of sand sticking is inevitable in the casting. Sand sticking is harmful to the hydraulic system. Shot peening is widely used for sand cleaning.

With the increase of the complexity of the hydraulic system, it also increases the difficulty of the design, manufacture and debugging of the hydraulic valve block. If the design is not considered carefully, it will cause a series of problems, such as complex manufacturing process, increased processing costs, waste of raw materials, and cumbersome use and maintenance.

Drilling and tapping shall be carried out according to the design requirements of the hydraulic valve block processing drawings: the slender hole shall be processed first, and then the short and coarse hole shall be processed.

The hole diameter in the valve block should match with the flow rate, especially the through hole must have enough flow area, the direction and position of the oil inlet and outlet should match with the general layout of the system and the connection form of the pipeline, and the process of installation operation should be considered. The components with vertical or horizontal installation requirements must meet the requirements after installation.
