The verticality tolerance between 6 faces of valve block is 0.05mm; The tolerance of parallelism of relative surface is o.03mm; The flatness tolerance of each surface is 0.02mm; The perpendicularity tolerance between the thread and its mating surface is 0.05mm; The allowable deviation between all holes and the verticality of the end face is 0.05mm.

All the screw holes on the valve block shall have machining accuracy requirements, generally 7h. The machining accuracy of the mounting hole of the threaded Manifold shall meet the requirements of the product sample.

Material selection: different materials determine different pressure levels. First of all, reasonable material selection should be made according to the use pressure. Generally speaking, the following principles should be followed: when the working pressure P < 6.3MPa, cast iron HT20-40 can be used for hydraulic valve block.

According to the form of oil tank, the hydraulic valve block can be divided into: 1. Ordinary steel plate: 5mm-6mm steel plate is used to connect the box, and 10-12mm steel plate is used to connect the panel. If there are too many holes, it can be appropriately thickened or reinforced. 2. Stainless steel plate: 304 stainless steel plate with thickness of 2-3mm is used for the box, 304 stainless steel plate with thickness of 3-5mm is used for the panel, and stiffeners are added for the bearing parts.
