The design layout of hydraulic valve block is not the more complex, on the contrary, on the premise of meeting all technical conditions, the simpler the better. In this way, the optimization method needs to be adopted in the design layout. The general optimization principles are as follows:


1. If the number of hydraulic components on one side of the hydraulic valve block is not more than 4, the hydraulic components should be arranged around the four corners, not necessarily on the corners, so as to ensure the process hole design near the two sides.


2. If the number of hydraulic components on a certain surface of the hydraulic valve block is not more than 8, other hydraulic components can be arranged near the four sides according to the situation, except that the hydraulic components are arranged near the four corners. This ensures that the process holes are designed near one or two edges.


3. If the number of hydraulic components on one side of the hydraulic valve block is more than 8, the intelligent method can be considered to optimize the design. In general, the total number of hydraulic components contained in the hydraulic valve block will not exceed 10, so the number of hydraulic components allocated to each surface will not exceed 10, generally about 3 to 5.
