In order to achieve a certain control function on the valve block, it is often necessary to open many holes in the valve block. Some of the holes are used to facilitate the processing of other holes, which are often called process holes. In addition to the process holes, other internal oil passage ports also need to be plugged. The sealing quality directly affects the reliability of the hydraulic system. In addition to the function of hydraulic logic control, the valve block works in the environment of high pressure, high frequency pressure impact and temperature impact for a long time, so it depends more on the sealing quality. Once the valve block manufacturers do not plug well, there will be oil leakage, oil leakage, environmental pollution, and even lead to the paralysis of the hydraulic system, unable to work, delay the construction period. More than half of the faults of the hydraulic system are caused by inadequate sealing. Once leakage begins, if it is not repaired in time, a large number of oil leakage will occur over time, which seriously affects the work of the hydraulic system and the reputation of the manufacturer. But at the same time, once the hydraulic system encounters the problem of seal leakage, it will often face the problems of after-sales maintenance difficulty, poor reliability and repeated leakage.


Sealing safety margin: the safety margin is used to deal with uncontrollable factors. For example, the test shows that after 3 ~ 4Hz frequency and 1 million impact cycles, the large static pressure (burst value) or the large withstand pressure of pressure temperature impact of a sealing method will decline, with a decrease of about 20%.


Metal will be oxidized and rusted in the air. Once the oxidized rust falls into the oil, it will seriously pollute the oil and cause filter failure. If it is serious, it will paralyze the system. If it is oxidized for a long time, it may cause plugging failure and safety hazards.


Valve block cleaning and anti-corrosion process: the cleanliness of large-scale integrated valve block directly affects the service life of the whole hydraulic system. It is necessary to carefully clean the flash and burr of the oil hole of the valve block, carefully check with endoscope and cold light source, and clean the dirt with vacuum cleaner. The burr of the peripheral and peripheral edges of the oil block needs to be chamfered, and the valve block needs to be cleaned with a rough washing machine.


Put the cleaned valve block into the electroplating bath for nickel plating. After nickel plating, clean the valve block with fine washing machine, demagnetize, and seal the oil ports with adhesive tape, waiting for assembly.
