Brief introduction of auxiliary machining of hydraulic valve block
2021-07-03 17:02:51

The processing of hydraulic valve block, many people may only focus on technical issues, will ignore some auxiliary processing of hydraulic valve block, in fact, in the whole process of hydraulic valve block processing, auxiliary processing plays a very important part. Auxiliary processing includes valve body cleaning, parts deburring, heat treatment residue removal and cleaning.

1. Because the domestic hydraulic valve block body is made of sand, it is inevitable that there is sand sticking in the casting. Sand sticking is harmful to the hydraulic system. Shot peening is widely used for sand cleaning. It is generally used for the valve body with open oil passage or large oil passage and the sand cleaning after rough machining, It can also remove rust and burr produced by rough machining. It is a kind of liquid sand blasting, and it can also play the role of polishing the surface of castings.

2. Cleaning of hydraulic valve parts: the cleaning of hydraulic valve parts seems simple, but in fact it is a key step in the processing of hydraulic valve block, and its cleaning quality restricts the reliability and stability of hydraulic valve block. Cleaning quality has a great relationship with cleaning method, preparation of cleaning solution, cleaning equipment and personnel's sense of responsibility.

3. Deburring and heat treatment residue removal of hydraulic valve block. Another major problem of auxiliary processing of hydraulic valve block is deburring and heat treatment residue removal. The existence of burr will cause adverse effects on hydraulic parts, such as stem clamping and damping hole blocking. It is grinding in the balance groove of chromium plated stem. Burr moves into the gap between stem and valve hole with the action of oil radial hydrodynamic force, which can not eliminate the hydrodynamic force, but will lead to stem clamping, increased operating force or unstable system pressure, The fretting performance and pressure modulation performance decrease.
