Electro hydraulic servo control system, in TRT device, belongs to one of the eight systems. According to the command of the main control room, to realize the TRT start, stop, speed control, power control, furnace top pressure and process detection system control, to realize the above system function control, will eventually be reflected in the control of turbine speed, it is necessary to control the opening of the turbine stator, and the means of controlling the opening of the stator is the electro-hydraulic position servo system. The precision and error of the control system directly affect the process control of TRT system. Therefore, the position and function of the system in TRT are important.


The system consists of hydraulic control unit, servo cylinder and power oil station. The hydraulic control unit consists of speed control valve control unit and turbine stator blade control unit. Each unit is composed of electro-hydraulic servo valve, electric solenoid valve, quick closing solenoid valve, oil circuit block and base.


The servo cylinder is of double piston rod structure, with low friction and good sealing performance. The power oil station is composed of oil tank, variable displacement oil pump, oil filter, cooler, pipeline valve, detector meter, etc. After the scheme design, the electro-hydraulic servo control system is composed of mechanism, electricity and fluid. Oil source, hydraulic lock, servo controller, servo valve, oil cylinder, crank mechanism, Wuxi valve block, position sensor, the command signal sent by the automatic control system is compared with the actual position signal of the oil cylinder in the servo controller to become the error signal. After amplification, the error signal is sent to the electro-hydraulic servo valve. The servo valve converts the electric signal into the hydraulic oil flow according to the proportion to push the oil cylinder to move, The feedback signal from the position sensor changes continuously until it is equal to the command signal, the cylinder stops moving, that is, it stops at the position, and the turbine stator blade is stable at this opening.


The linear movement of the oil cylinder is transformed into the rotation of the valve plate through a set of cranks to change the working angle of the valve block or stationary blade. According to the above analysis, with the continuous change of the system signal, the opening of the turbine stator blade will also change. Through the change of the opening of the stator blade, the purpose of controlling the number of revolutions, controlling the gas flow and controlling the turbine output can be achieved.
